Need some tuning help, low power and dont know why???
Setup:
2006 XI
rom: 88590715-V7 (tephra V7)
Speed Density
Kelford 272 cams w/stock gears
XI 10.5 turbo ported hotside with 20G compessor billet wheel w/anti surge housing
Full 4" direct to tubo cold air intake
AMS lower intercooler pipe
3" intercooler
stock route Fujita UICP
850 FIC low Z injectors
True 3" turbo back exhaust (o2 in rear sensor bung)
ported stock exhaust mani
port matched megan o2 housing
Hallman mbc
Walbro 255 hp
Omni 4bar
91 oct fuel (crappy SoCal quality)
I am running about 25-26psi I have litlle to no knock on full throttle pull but do get some when I tip into heavy throttle like when passing a car on the highway.
Problem is that even when everything is going go I just dont seem to have much power at all. I had more power then now when I was running stock injectors, cams and turbo. I have been pulled on by stock 1990 pickups and cars and could do nothing about it. Took a 270 degree on-ramp the other day at 100% throttle and never had to lift. Thats just not right for any evo
Here are a couple of my maps. Please let me know if you have any questions or want to see anything else. I am just about to leave to go get my girl food and I will log a pull or two and post them up when I get back.
Thanks for any and all help.
sorry I have been asked to remove the maps by someone that was helping me figure my cars out, thank you all for the offers

Developed another new problem of where I think my wastegate isn't closing all the way so ill have to deal with that befor I get a log.
Anybody that can point me in the right direction on the tuning would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your maps look ok, as long as afr is good and your actually hitting 25psi then you have a mechanical problem if its not making any power. Compression, Cam timing, Boost leak are some things to check.

Ya my fuel map and my actual Afr is a ways off each other, that why I was hoping to post a log up but for some reason I all of a sudden cant boost past 21/22 with a taper down to 18. Normally I hit 25-26psi and hold it the whole run. No boost leaks and boost level are being read/ logged with my omni map sensor.
I checked cam timing 3 times and it is dead on the hash marks.
When the cams are lined up with there marks what degree is everyone running the crank angle at? 0 degrees TDC or what?

here is the mivec
the low section in the low load/rpm area is because the cams gave me a terrible idle. feels like the car is misfiring and that seems to help it just a little bit

This little wheel will give you an idea of how the engine works;
Fuel maps don't need to match AFR on the gauge, thats not how it works.

found the new issue, I hit an unpainted speed bump the other week which hit both the bumper and intercooler and it ripped a big gash in the top of the coupler, I have a new better one on its way that should be here in a day or two.
Just wanted to let others know the cause incase someone else has an issue and sees this thread.
9/10 times its either spark plug gap (misfire / break up) or boost leaks that really affect these cars! hope my post helps someone else in future.
