What maps are used when the car is ice cold? Odd lean condition inside

When my tuned 9 is cold(only before the coolant gauge starts to register a reading) and I drive down my block the afr's will bounce from rich to lean but will very quickly go lean to the point where my afr's go into the unreadable area of my wideband I.e. 17.0 and higher. At this point the car will begin to sputter and I have to back off the throttle. Once the car begins to warm up and register a coolant reading this lean condition does not occur anymore. It only happens to me on cold mornings, say below 40 degrees. Is there a specific map that it artificially leaning me out during that small period where my engine is totally cold?

Thanks guys!
