Looks like its almost exactly based off 59580004 however Mode23 does not match at all. There's a couple other tables that dont match either but every other table that matters is exactly the same when compared.

MUT , OBD-II Codes, and ODB Inspection tables are different but these aren't used for tuning and the Inspection part has been hit or miss if its accurate or even safe to touch.

I'll dig for the Mode23 stuff when I get a moment after lunch today and report back.
