Map sensor on the car probably doesn't match what's loaded in the rom. What sensor are you running?

I'm using an OMNI 4 Bar, I do believe it is setup correctly.... however how would I change the crossover point?

"I do believe" is really not the answer you should give because it's extremely easy to check. Just right click on sd map sensor VE load table, it will show you which formulas are being used for the x and y axis of that table.

Using the information you have posted it's either a wrong xml definition or bad sensor. I'm assuming you just changed over to SD and new map sensor. Crossover point has nothing to do with your problem. Kpa has a direct relationship to load, that's how this table works. With the settings you posted at 70 load your car would literally be idling at around 3 inches of vacuum which is impossible.

Sorry about that I didn't have my laptop with me but the sensor is setup correctly, I swapped sensors and went back to my original SD map and the car drives great now except if i roll off the clutch and maintain about 1.2k-1.5k rpm while slipping the clutch, The car will sputter and go lean (WBO indicates 21.8) as soon as the clutch is all the way out and I try to roll on the gas to accelerate. What I have been doing is revving it to2k rpm and slipping the clutch alittle more but I'm not driving my car like that on a comp stage 3

So you swapped sensors? Do you mean you used a different Omni 4 bar?
