Evoscan reading zero- ECU ID0000

Hopefully some of you Evoscan guru's can help me out.

I'm running into an issue with evoscan not reading the ecu correctly. When I go to start a log, all of the variable values are zero or "x" in each function, is being read as zero. I have done multiple fresh installs of Evoscan and the drivers, yet nothing seems to help. I am not sure if this is a compatibility issue or what. I am no expert by any means with evoscan, so please guide me in the right direction if I am out of place.

Attached pic shows exactly how evoscan looks when I try to log:

The tactrix cable is new and fine; it can pull the rom in ecu flash with no problems.
My computer:
Windows 10 64 bit
Two generic USB hubs
One AMD USB 3.0 hub

Still get the same issue no matter what port is used.

Thanks in advance

Has to be some sort of scaling issues. Look how coolant temp is 300+ degrees.

Not sure what is up with the coolant temp but everything else reads 0 for x. All the equations values represent 0 being the input.
Any help is appreciated though!

Tactrix 1.3u cable. This is a relatively new cable.
Both are plugs plugged in, ecu flash works fine, I can trigger any actuator in evoscan... Just no logging

I'm not near my laptop to see Evoscan but maybe try selecting a different ECU in the drop down list.
