noobish SD tuning, looking for advice

Before switching over to SD were you latencies and Scailings correct for your injectors?
I noticed in your logs you're not logging MAP KPA only JDMMAP (boost). You need to be logging this to help with MAP VE and RPM VE.
Also, most likely you've done it already but are your sailings correct for your map sensor?
4b11slayer is correct though. SD map needs changing, 1:1 aint gonna work.
