Hey all, first post here. I've got that EB IX on Ramstein, tho my wife has been the one driving it. I'll be getting my license back next month and was wanting to start modifying it (100% Stock) but would like to get it tuned. Is there any place near the KMC that does tunes? Thanks for any help you guys can give.

 

I personally have a mail in flash, but I think a few in germany are using stephan for tunes.........

Agreed, I've been running the same Mellon tune since I've had my car from back when he just got his start. Numerous trackdays, lots of highway miles throughout Europe, and daily driven with no problems.

I never dealt with him, but when it comes to tuning I like locally available..

Tuning your evo on the autobahn while having the tuner getting hyped up cuz his making it faster, oh yeah.. awesome feeling.

 

I can't agree more. We started my tune back in Feb 08 at Ft Drum Ny but the weather is so bad there we could not finish it before I pcs'd to Germany. Then we continued our tune over here but I had one failure after another mechanically with my car (clutch,o2 sensor,radiator,fuel pump etc..) and he still started the tune over and were still not done due to the weather. I try to get him the logs ASAP because you can definitely feel and see (if you got gauges) the difference. A tuner that is willing to allow a customer to take almost a year and change continents and continue were we left off is amazing, he always explains what he does with the new maps he sending you. I will always praise Mellon's tuning skills and awesome, i say again, awesome customer service. I refer as many people as I can to him and will be a very loyal and continued customer. Road tunes are the way to go and it is more realistic than a dyno. All you need is a tactrix cable, evoscan or mitsulogger and ecuflash.
