Yup, take it off the car. with a cresent or right sized wrench take the nipple off on the end opposite of the adjustment knob. Drop the spring and ball out and clean them and the hallman with WD-40. let dry. add a "super-small, just enough to coat" multi prupose grease on the ball. Reassemble.

Sweet deal man, thanks for the info. On my list of things for tomorrow.

Can you guys recommend any good email tuners (or even tuners in germany?)? I've got an orange tune now, but the previous owner had it done and i'm not sure if he added mods since it's last tune. I hear Ivey is amazing, but I'm not sure that he does email tunes.

sleeper and I used Mitch at AMS...He's been my 4th different tuner and I will only use him.

Best you can get.

I have a brand new Megan exhaust, still in the box, that comes with a silencer if you're interested. You can borrow it to pass inspection.
