452.5whp 368 trq DB Performance in MN
First off, this is a DynoDynamics. A bone stock EVO makes 200-210whp on this dyno.
Thanks to Shane and the folks at DB for the great tune! 452.5whp and 368trq! For those who live in this area...on MAP's dynojet, this would be around 520-530whp. Their dyno, from my calculations, read about 1.12% - 1.16% higher than DB's (this is just for comparison). I did have the car tuned at MAP before and made 501whp/420trq (your tune was great too!). My baseline with MAP's tune was 443whp on this dyno. The car was tuned on a peak of 29psi on E-85 winter blend...basically E-70. We did take the car up to 32psi of boost and made 470whp but...it knocked a little and even taking out only 1 degree of timing we were back to 29psi power so decided to just go with 29psi.
This motor is all built by me except for the machining.
Wiseco 0.020" pistons
Eagle rods
Eagle crank
GSC S2 cams
Stock headgasket
Fluidampr
Buschur Dual Valvespring kit
Ferrea 1mm+ valves
Buschur upper intercooler pipe
ETS lower intercooler pipe
Spectre Custom 4" intake
TiAL BOV
Buschur exhaust w/Megan downpipe & eBay test pipe
Buschur HTA37R kit w/cast manifold and .63ar hotside(small, yes I know!)
Full Blown dual Walbro
FIC 1600cc injectors
SparkTech CDI Ignition System
ETS 3" Intercooler
AEM EMS & E85
I'm hoping to break the 500whp mark on this dynodynamics next year (yup I'm only 47.5whp away!) with the following mods:
1.06 hotside
Tubular manifold
Bigger intake manifold (debating on Magnus or ported stocker with ported stock TB)
4" ETS intercooler
using true E-85 fuel and more boost!

Nice..Looks like the car was tuned using the standard gasoline guidelines though, theres definitely room for more power there...Any idea how much timing you were hitting at 7k when you were hitting knock? Dynodynamics>dynojet
Also, I am not losing any power when using E85 winter blended ethanol so long as I keep the AFR's in check...I have found that the limit is only MBT with no knock or anything holding me back but then again I have yet to tune a larger turbo then stock on E85...Car should be a beast!
BTW any pics of the spectre intake lol?

I don't know how much timing there was up top. I don't have any pics of the Spectre intake but I will get some tonight.
