i got this the other day and was wondering if this is how it is supposed to look?
anyone else have one that looks like this? or do you think this is fine? or do you think this must just be a defective piece? sorry, these are big pics so you can see the details...

Well my friend ordered a ebay o2 housing and when he got it looked just like that
Its fine just as long as theres no cracks

 

well, there are some crappy ebay ones and there are some decent ones...but i didn't order mine off ebay. i got it from a vendor in here. i wonder if i got a manufactuture defective one...?

but reminder buschur's o2 housing is coated so that is why it looks like that. my mr o2 housing looked like that and it still put down good numbers for me. and like that guy said before just check for possible cracks.

 

Yours does not look like that because it is ceramic coated inside and out which makes it shiny.

They all look like that and it is normal.

 

yours look nice. i was about to get the buschur one but i heard the just coat the ebay ones....but do you know if they also touch up on the porting a little bit too?
