E70, BR 2.3 and some nice power.

Another build we just finished up.

EVO8.
BR 2.3 liter
BR Stage 3 head
BF 272 cams
BR COP
Wilson V2 intake
BR 65 mm throttle body
BR upper/lower 2.5" ic pipes
BR Race FMIC
BR battery kit
BR double pumper
Agency Power fuel rail
RC 1600 cc injectors
BR dual stage boost controller
BR header turbo kit with PTE 67-Ptrim turbo

The car was run on Ohio E70, which is our winter grade of E85. It's not nearly as good as true E85. I was only able to run a peak boost of 32 psi on the fuel but it sure made some killer power.

Final numbers, 636 whp and 516 ft lbs of torque.

You think it'll crack 700 on E85?

The owner wants to remain mysterious but he is happy!

E85 is excellent fuel. I have to thank Keith McDonnel for encouraging me to use it long before it got popular on his car. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have tried it as early as we did.

Yes, I think the car can easily hit 700 whp on our dyno on E85. This was only at 32 psi of boost and I can tell the E70 isn't nearly as good as E85.

For anyone running E85 on a bigger power build like this, I HIGHLY recommend replacing the fuel rail too, it will become a restriction much sooner on E85 than on gasoline.

Right now the duty cycle on the injectors is only 81% at 8100 rpm.

David , I dont see the FPR listed in the mods , Did you not use it on this build?

Got mine a few weeks ago its a sweet bolt on piece.

I know that should buy some cushion when using 'Corn Fuel"???

Haha, yes Indy, another Wilson V2. The work that's for sure. I guess that's what happens when you put Indy together with the leader in the intake manifold industry, you get a part that works.

I got the picture of the D rail, looks great.
