I don't think the FP5Rs are for street driven cars. After driving with my cams I know for sure that I wouldn't put the 5rs in my mine.

Import Junkie, Nice numbers on low boost. You should be looking at 500hp on meth and high boost.

Good luck with it.

As for other cams and their failures, I've simply heard the exact cause and may or may not be across the board on all of their cams. For that reason, I'll just wait and see if anyone who has actually had it happen will speak up. I'm not here to flame any vendor.
The question regarding our 5R's, I agree that they aren't for DD street cars. Our goal was high rpm and they do that job very well. Using the FP-4R's was definitely the right decision on this car. I'm glad the results came out like expected. Kudo's to Sean for doing another great job. It was about time that someone used the 4's and saw how good they are. Nice job again.

how do you think the fp red compares to the stock turbo? Does it spool up as fast?

I'm a little disappointed. An FP Red with a decent cam combo and it just barely went over 400whp? Are the stock cams that good? Aren't there some stock turbo cars producing near 400whp on pumpgas?

For 23.5 PSI those numbers are fantastic in my opinion!

RED™ turbochargers are not really even in the sweet range at 23 PSI. That's like dyno'ing your car at half throttle

Nice numbers, OP!

You're right about that. I was upset knowing I couldn't get a pump+meth tune but it wasn't a waste anyway because I'm in the middle of an Alternate Map Switching project so I needed a pump gas tune as well.
