yes, fine tuned it. picked up all most 30wtq at around 5k. could be the difference from one dyno to another, but i also picked up 10 whp. We pulled the waste gate line on one pass to see if we could get a spike on the trq and it didnt even give a 1/2 psi more of boost. Darn little snail can push anymore air :P.

We couldnt get it to spike more than 28.4. even with the wg line off it only hit 28.8. I still using the stock VIII turbo. it is ported.

Random question but whats your mileage look like with e85? I'm about to swap but wonder how many miles I'll get before having to fill up..

bov is limiting you not the turbo, the stocker can easily peak much more than that.

Either crush your stock bov or get a aftermarket and be amazed how much more boost it will run without any other changes.

Either way, you are in good hands.

What BOV are you using?

I am in the process of doing the same thing as you. Only I am using a IX turbo an a 2.3, along with meth...no e85 around me.

Nothing is as fun to drive as the stock turbo the IX turbo will be the fourth different turbo going on my car.

thanx. yes, that is what im going try next. Or just upgrade to a forged BOV. I guess my budget build is way out at this point :P
