HKS 272
GCG GT3040
WISECO forged piston (compression ratio 8.5 : 1, 0.5mm oversize)
EAGLE H beam conrod

415awhp 360tq

My recommendations to him for more pump gas power:
Forced Performance HTA 3582R .63 the 30R is choked and it's very difficult to get 400awhp+ out of them. The 35R will get you closer to 500awhp on pump gas.
Kelford 272 or GSC S2 cams, springs & retainers, the HKS 272 are quite a bit smaller and not big enough for a 35R in my opinion.
Ported stock intake and throttle body
Buschur Stage III head would greatly improve the airflow through the engine, this did wonders for my car.

I went from HKS 280 cams to Buschur BF272 (very aggressive cam, not for everyone) and stock head to stage III Buschur head and picked up 100awhp! of course that won't be the same for everyone but even if you get half of that it would be a great gain.

Wow looks like that turbo has a lot of lag.

I have not heard many good things about the 3040R. It seems to be a miss-matched turbo. Running a straight 35R has shown to spool the same, sometimes even sooner than the smaller turbine 3040R. By the looks of that dyno, it does have a lot of lag for its size.
