no clue, man, it just ****in let go and exploded. The car filled up with smoke, I had to run out of the car. And I couldnt even see my car for about a couple mins cuz there was so much ****in smoke.

All I know for sure is I need a block ASAP, to get this car back on the road.

thanks man. as for the the red times, anywhere in the low 10's would be nice, 10.2 would be awesome, but il settle for anything less than 10.4 with hopefully 132-134 traps. it will also go to the track on more boost, so who knows what power it will be making then.

Interesting that you are using Tomei 260s. We had a car with a Red that was running those same cams. When the Kelford hype began the owner switched to Kelford 272s. It lost a lot of midrange and we had to work the tune to get the peak power to be the same. Needless to say the Tomei cams are back in there.

yea, im quite impressed with the cams, for such little cams they work pretty well. ive always been curious what kinda gains there would be from some bigger cams, but id hate to go through what you mentioned.

i actually had the same scenario, but from going from stock to kelfords, i had a car making consistent 420's , put kelfords in and had to run the car pretty hard to get it back to 420, ive never been impressed with kelfords.

Derek,

Great Job! I bet that car feels like an animal, when do you plan on taking that beast to the track?

Thanks,

Michael
