I just got bought the same turbo kit and cant wait to see what this kit does along with the gsc s2 cams I have, and E85. And of course a really nice petey tune will finish it all off

I have some other vids to still post of this car, and don't hesitate to look through my older videos to see some "street drivability"and track passes with the car.

 

I remember back when these turbos were the bee's knees...now-a-days just cant compare. My friend has a stock longblock evo with an AMS 850r kit bolted on, 1000cc's, and e85. At 25psi made 512whp (dynojet) and full boost by 4900rpm. So faster spool out of a way bigger turbo and a bit more power at way less boost.
Still it was amazing for its day.

 

You do realize that we were using a mustang dyno. I'll be going to a dynojet this weekend so I will post up numbers from that.

at what rpm are you launching? and how much boost are you making with the launch control?

 

Originally I was at 6400 building 10 psi but with the ecu controlled boost and v7 I turned it up to 15 psi but have not tested at the track yet. Soon to come

 

BTW, we made 578 on a dynojet today with pretty hot intake temperatures. Graph will be posted tomorrow

 

so 496 on peteys dyno is 578 dynojet thats crazy! what were your pump gas numbers like?
