The 3586 is amazing. So to the dyno graph-

Mods for those that havent followed the various incarnations.

ER MIVEC 2.4 long rod 4G64
ER ported MIVEC cylinder head
ER modified MIVEC cam gear
Supertech inconel exhaust valves and nitrided intake valves
JE 9:1 pistons
GSC 156mm rods
GSC custom cams
Magnus cast intake manifold
ETS FP3586 kit, T3 .82 A/r single scroll
ETS 3.5" exhaust
ETS 4" intercooler and Magnus specific upper intercooler pipe
Kiggly Racing Valvesprings
Omnipower 4 bar MAP sensor
Stock ECU SD
Magnafuel 625 Pro fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR and fuel rail
-6AN fuel lines
AEM Tru-boost EBC
92 octane

I think thats all the big pieces. Of course any project that takes on a shop car status requires that everyone that has helped be thanked as well. Lucas thanks for all the ideas you have let me bounce off you. Jeff for the engine assembly and cylinder head, TJ and Jake for the ideas and implementing them.

This tune is really soft believe it or not as the car only has 424 miles on it. There is about 5* of timing out of it down that I could add in but I am trying to keep it civil until I put it on E85. I will get a little more aggressive with it then

EDIT - UPDATE WENT TO THE DYNO ON E85

Thanks for the text Aaron. Being able to see the graph is much better though.

Wicked! Funny, I was following this through your 2.2L build thread.

I look forward to the weekend, and hope you get ethanol in there for the festivities!

Thanks for posting the datalog - it is interesting to see.

Add a degree or two from 5600-5800, correct?

Whats the purpose of ATDC values? Spool up the turbo or fend off knock or both?
How's the EGT during this period?

Very meaty.

Now don't touch the pump-tune, just drive it until it is on the gas light and head straight for the E85 - then turn up zee boost and get after it.

Looks just like a small amount of boost fluctuation, but it is very minimal.. Thats a pretty interesting setup guys
