CBRD BBK Full vs FP Green 20g

Hi guys,

Just got my E9 tuned up last week and here are the results.
Basically did an open source reflash (I be looking to change to standalone ECU for more power as currently I’m restricted by the airflow with my MAF)
The dyno chart shows my previous setup FP Green, in comparison with the BBK Full
The results are great and from the chart you can see the big difference
I managed to get 464hp and 362whp with 533.9 Nm torque

With the BBK Full installed I decided to strengthen my head as well with
BC S2 272s installed, 86mm Cometic Head Gasket and ARP Head Studs
I'm still on my E9 stock lower block.

The rest of my setup as follows:

HKS Suction Intake Kit with Mushroom
CBRD BBK Full Turbo, Ported hot side
Buschur Racing ported OEM cast Iron Manifold
HKS 2.75" DownPipe with HKS Elbow
3" Midpipe and 3" Test Pipe with Trust PE Ti Muffler
OS Giken Twin Plate Clutch STR2C

HKS Fuel Rail with Steel Braided Lines
Sard Fuel Regulator Type RJ
FIC 850cc Injectors
Walbro Fuel Pump
GReddy Type R Intercooler
Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator
Trust Type R BOV
HKS Evc 5 Black Limited

In the future I have to change my ECU and intake manifold for more power,
As of for now I’m a very happy man!

could you possibly scale the dyno graph correctly so we can see the true hp/tq cross over and THEN overlay the graphs?

Good power, but Mellon made 705awhp on a Dynojet (vid around here somewhere) with the stock MAF and stock ECU, so is that really holding you back?

Yep, the dyno i'm on in my area its very accurate and not giving wonder numbers. My friend on MoTeC M800 and got near to 540bhp, 426whp, 56.8 Kg-m Torque. Could be due to the ECU i'm running. As i'm not based locally I could be using a different 1 from the states.
