you would not lose the low end power, I have nearly the same setup as you do parts wise but I am running hks 272's and water meth. I did 345whp and 370 lbs torque at 3800rpm and this was on 23psi.

Try some cams out! I have hks 272's and my car still gets up and moving just fine. Even the fp green hks 280'd 8 that made me buy my evo felt good low end.

With GSC S1 you won't. I would say that switching to those made the car even more torquey at the bottom just my personal feeling.

One very easy way to gain some low end power would be to unwrap the thermo insulation on the downpipe. Just a hint
