Was that tune done with an MBC? If yes, I bet you could get a bunch more power if you switched to ECU-based boost control to allow holding more boost at higher rpm.

4500rpm? probably none. i dont see none when i punch it in 5th gear at 4500rpm. now if you said 3500 then ya.. but i guess your comment failed.. a built motor doesnt surge as bad as a stock motor because it breathes better & can intake more airflow.

why even make a stupid comment like this?

cause obviously i'm more stupider than you are.
My Red surged (at the rpm i stated), i was wondering if his surged at similar speeds.
i thought it was relevant as that is about where he's hitting max boost (on the dyno)
obviously this is a completely different setup, and i was wanting to know how it would affect surge etc

stock motor it will surge easier. I had surge also on my fp red and stock motor even in 4th gear. Surge wont be as bad with a built motor. Try not to make it surge because its also dangerous to your motor not just the turbo. the motors actually choking on air that you're trying to force into it, and it cant take it so it coughs it back out into the ic piping and then surges the turbo, bov and etc. people have blown motors doing this.

They are really firm the car handles like it's on rails. The previous owner used to run the car on a road course sometimes. It's a nice setup but I'm thinking about getting softer suspension for the car. I don't plan on hitting any road courses soon.
