i took a hit at the track last friday (only open on fridays for test/tune) and only made an 1/8mi pull then hit the brakes. Broke a pin on my mivec gear/cosworth cam. Luckily it didnt do anything so we got it fixed over the wknd. Going tonight to try and do a full 1/4 mi pass. (but rain seems to be in the forecast)

Well, strike 2, lol! Right after the burnout I popped off my water pipe at the thermostat housing, dumping water on the track. Aborted the run and since we couldnt make a pass, backed her up and back on the trailer. the bracket that holds the pipe in position was fatigued I,guess and snapped. Something I mustve missed when checking it over after we put the intake manifold back on hours prior. Anyways, luckily no damage, just gotta fix the waterpipe or replace it. Just annoying little stuff. We'll be back out again next week to knock this track pass out.
