Judging by the fact that older stock rod DSM motors have made 550whp+, I'd say chances are pretty good as long as there's a safe tune.

Will a stock clutch with 10k on it and 6 speed hold the power on this tune as long as I don't launch it? I'm going in the same direction as the OP except for a Rev3 manifold...would changing out rod bolts and headbolts help any?

Stock clutch will give up soon, but you should be ok with the 6-speed if you granny shift 3-6th gear.

Headbolts I like, but I don't advise rodbolt installs-- might as well upgrade the pistons and rods while you are in there!!
