V.D results, sc61 kit, built engine 31psi 93 oct.
I think it is the E cover restricting the turbo. On my talon the 6152e was not holding boost above 30psi at 600whp. I have heard the S cover is worth 75hp and would help the turbo out on the top end. I still love that turbo. I have made 575whp on a B18 and 603whp on a 4G64 with good spool. Love it.
Exactly good point!!Th cover plays a major factor.
Very good results with that setup!
Apologies for the noob question - How do you run such a high level of boost on 93 octane fuel? In Australia the most you usually see is around 25-26psi on 98 octane pump fuel.
Is it a matter of retarding the timing more to increase the boost gradually and monitoring knock consistently?

Thanks for the compliment.
Please refer to the latest actual dyno with a new turbo

As far as high boost and making power on pump gas, well all I can say is every car and setup is different. Some dont cars mind making good power on pump, some just refuse to do anything at all
My car use to hate high boost on pump gas with a bolt on turbo and my old cams. Since going t3, adding big cams and a smim things really picked up on pump gas.
