Yet another 600whp Evo. ER tuned.

We just recently set up a dyno day here in Vegas and wanted to get English Racing on board, so Lucas and Aaron were nice enough to fly up here and tune some cars over at DynoJet. My car was the first one on and after 5 pulls we had 605whp/511wtq. The car is an absolute animal on the road and I couldn't be happier.

Basic rundown of car-
03 ly evo 8
2.3 stroker(eagle rods/je 8.5:1/arp fasteners)
FP Black
Buschur ported IM/EM
PPI TB
Buschur Double Pumper
FIC 2150's
OEM head with Comp 280 cams
EBay o2 housing
Megan DP
Helix catback
E85
SD tune at 35-36 psi

I'm going to go ahead and guess that the Comp 280 cams are not to happy at that hp level.

Good power and Aaron and Lucas are great guys. I'm sure they are having fun in Vegas

What valve springs? If none, I would wager valve float...

The Comp 280's aren't a very aggressive cam. When I do s2's I will build the valvetrain as well.

The car is also on the OEM ignition coils, so it might have been a small hiccup.

Comp 280s are basically the first rendition of the FP4rs... and making that much power it is very possible it is vavle float... I will let Aaron or Luke chime in about this...

I would guess, since its a stock frame turbo, his biggest issue now is that ebay 02 housing.

The 4r's are still a more aggressive cam period.

Aaron also said my ebay o2 was choking off the turbo out the top.
