yea the alternator was a douglas autoworks but it never charged properly with the car running so its on the way back to them to get fixed. should be back shortly and will be back on the dyno and then to the track. The customer service over at Douglas is great so Im sure it will be back in no time.
What are your expectations for the track? Surely you're not going to run it on 18" wheels and street tires. Although that would be pretty badass to see what she traps in complete street trim.

How is it dangerous? If you go WOT on the street with 18's and Falken's there is no difference in laying into her on the same wheels on the track. In fact, grip will be better on the track. Just don't launch it like I assume you don't at a stop light and sort of lay into it. I doubt you're launching your car at all on the streets but i may be wrong
