800WHP Force-Fed Performance "Reaper"
Alternator reached us and I had it tested at our rebuild shop which tested out fine. Justin- I would suggest going through your wiring since the stock unit you put on afterwards also quit working. Please update what you find. Thanks- Mike Witt at DouglasAutoworks

....We originally had the haltech controlling the speed controller by itself, then we had a problem with the fuel pump and had it sent back to fuelab to be checked. It had a bad part on the board and was causing the pump to bind up. Never had a issue with cavitation or starvation. So when the pump returned instead of controlling it with the haltech we installed the resistor that comes with the pump to operate the controller much like a hobbs switch would a twin system. While the car is idling and out of boost the pump would run at constant low speed. Then at a specified boost/rpm the haltech triggers the controller to high speed. We think we have one of the DPO's wrong and the pump isnt even switching to high speed since with it in aux fuel pump mode you cannot see the hz of it like when you have it in Generic duty cycle. So we are going back to that setup and making sure the pump is running 100%

Def will. Just getting time to get around to it is whats tough. Smoked the triple carbon already so will either go back in with met discs or may be working with Comp Clutch on their new twin setups coming out.
