You also forgot to put injectors and fuel pump? I thought you couldn't run e85 without 1000cc injectors and a fuel pump. You didn't list those mods so I'm assuming you are running e85 with stock injectors and a stock fuel pump?

Ya I just updated my mods list. I am running FIC 1100cc injectors and Walbro 255HP.

Well, that pretty much turns this thread into nothing special. In fact, with those mods, you aren't making very much power. I'd get a new tuner. With injectors, fuel pump, intake, tbe, 3 port on e85, you should be making around 380-400 on a mustang dyno.

I uploaded my map, feel free to take a look and make your recommendations. I am self tuned. I am always looking for info on making more power.

Every car is different but I'm pretty sure you could run a bit more timing up top. It's not uncommon for the 8's to run into the 20's up top on E85, with the stock 8 or 9 turbo.

I've tuned 50+ stock turbo Evo's on E85 over that last 2+ years and that's just a data point from experience, and yes that is tuning with the ability to see MBT. I've literally had the most time with E85 in Northern California as I have been using it since a couple days after it was available up here.

Obviously don't go crazy and jump from 14* to 22* because of what I said.

A strong TBE Evo 8/9 will usually make 360-380whp on a proper mustang dyno on E85. With cams and some other mods they will hit 390-400whp, which is enough for a proven 11.4@121mph in a full weight evo.

That said I also obviously wouldn't try to match that with VD, again every car is different so tune your Evo to what it wants, not what you see.

So I added a little bit of timing, about 1* and picked up some power. VD is showing about 356/358. So I will play around with the timing a little bit and see where I end up. I am still pretty impressed with the kind of power available on the stock turbos. The car just drives awesome. I also still have a little bit of tweaking on the afr to get it right where I want it.

I might also run a few more psi after I have this 28psi dialed in a little better.

Something to consider , you are still on the stock intercooler , much more pressure and your turbo is going from flamethrower hot , to sun flare hot.
Either way its doughtful your going to gain much more top end power (from boost)as most wont hold more then about 22-24 to redline. Unless you pull out some fuel to lean it out and gain a little boost , once again heat can become an issue.
Just a couple things to keep your eyes on.

You don't need head studs. Your numbers are where this guy should be. My friend has a similar set up except with Cossie M2 cams. 415 wheel on a mustang dyno, stock turbo.

His car has been tuned by multiple people. Reese, Looney Tuning, RRE, etc. His set up, NO head studs, mini battery (good for 5 HP lol), AMS IC, AEM intake, TBE with TP, fuel pump, injectors, m2 cams, that's it. 415 wheel on multiple dynos. Not sure what his torque is. Evo IX, stock turbo.

I will say that his car falls off hard above 7000 rpm. Probably due to the stock turbo.
