Ok, I think i'm done with tuning my car. At least my own abilities are done. I can't seem to extract any more power on pumpgas and unfortunately for me, the ethanol blend of pumpgas is not close enough for me to be able to use it. This is my daily and I'm happy with the way it performs. The humidity finally decided to get a little lower tonight and ambiet temp is 75 degrees according to weatherbug.com.
2005 GSR SSL with stock unported turbo
-Injen intake and UICP
-Hallman set to 25psi
-Greddy Type S bov (single spring)
-3" ebay TBE, stock o2 housing and exhaust manifold
-3" test pipe
-Buschur Street FMIC
-Custom lower IC pipe (half greddy/half ebay)
-ACT HDSS
-HKS 264/272
-Walrbo 255HP and stock injectors

Interesting note, despite the leaner AFR, power did NOT go up much at all. The extra torque is from a slight spike. 2 degrees of timing during peak load, 7 degrees at peak torque, 17 degrees at redline. Boost falls to about 20psi by 7000rpm.

Im sorry i thought i replied to this , But the spot that looked kinda odd is after 6k-6700 , you have a little dip there, sometimes its caused by timing, fuel,or even boost . Coulda been something as simple as a bump in the road ![Wink](https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Whenever you see dips like this its good to investigate what the cause is , this will truly help make your already solid tune even better!

Good point. I always had that little dip in my VD results once I hit around 350whp. (I use the same road for logging, every time) Even pre cams when the power would peak around 6600 and then fall off. The cams helped keep the power band more flat from 6k to redline with a big increase from 4k to 6k.
I have an ebay o2 laying around and I just bought a die grinder and carbide bit kit so I could port my exhaust manifold. But, with how hott its been in the northeast, my lack of desire to work on the car has hit me pretty good. I'm hoping I can get 360 after those mods.

Very nice numbers man. I've got the same year car with very similar mods(minus cams yet). Just starting to break in the new ACT clutch I installed then I'm going to work on tuning the car. I'm in the same boat man, it's hot as F here in the midwest. Definitely drains my motivation to go out in the garage and work on anything.

Wow I have an 03 with similar bolt ons and the only thing I'm missing is cams. My power starts to fall off pretty hard after 6500 or so, you think a set of hks cams on my stock valvetrain would fix that top end power loss?
