2.3 Evo IX EF3 Turbo
The "look of lagginess" in the graph can be mainly contributed to the current WGA being used. With a stronger WGA it will come on much stronger. I truly think the current 16psi WGA is not doing this turbo justice. It was non-responsive to more WGDC changes to increase spool and peak boost.
I would say the car feels like a stock 2.0 evo with a stock turbo but makes about 200 more wheel horsepower. There is still alot of room left in the setup and this being just the start to what the turbo has in it. So far I am very pleased on how this turbo is performing.
No dyno results yet as I am self tuning and work a lot of hours but I can say this I have a MAP stage 2 2.3 with 10.5:1 CR ported intake head exhaust blah blah and running the non surge cover EF3 with a 25# spring. On my last log in 2nd gear I saw 30psi at 3945rpm this was running from 3K. At 30psi I am maxing out the injectors 1050's over 100% idc on E85 still on single Walbro. I'm pretty sure this engine has over 500whp in it and additional fuel should get it there. It pulls real hard now even with 4.11 gears!

Lookin good man...just make those few tweaks and let's see 500!
Oh, and I heard this guy take off down the street and the EF3 with the anti surge sounds very similar to a BB turbo...very cool.

Great power for the current mod's.....
OP, do yourself a favor & get yourself a decent intercooler.
The inlet air temps have to be insane @ the end of a pull. if it was winter time, that would help a bit, but its not.
with a decent intercooler, you wont be 2nd guessing yourself for boost related issues....
i forget, who is doing your tuning? if your doing it yourself, take your time, but if your paying for tunes / dyno sessions, it would be better for you to get all ur parts gathered....
a lot of people love their buschur race fmic, or a garrett cored 3.8 or ets new 4.0" which i have.......................Just get a decent fmic from the start.
GL with the car & keep everyone informed.

Awesome Bryan, you'll certainly guide him on the right direction / mod path.
what o2 housing is he running as well?
is there a full mod list noted? especially since this is 1 of the early dyno graphs for this turbo.
isnt it hot in livermore this time of the year, ~90f?
