and im still undecided on either going SD so i can run a tial BOV or sticking with the stock setup and getting a BOV that will hold up.
great #'s especially at the fact that you're still on so many stock parts.
FYI, you don't have to go SD just to run a Tial bov, they now make one that recirculates just like the stock setup...its the QR version.
You can also consider the Synapse DV...both are excellent units.

One thing I will suggest is make sure you have enough preload when you install the new 22psi wg. I have made a few adjustments with my ef4 and man today the thing comes alive alot faster. Can't wait to make a few pulls and to see where it ends up.

Did you have to cut the end threads off , or remove the stopper nut?
I noticed mine is maxed out with pretty much zero preload, and was considering changing it .

Both I cut 3 threads off and turned it as far as it would go. I have about half a hole now preload and man what a difference

Sorry about that confusion guys, normally we install the actuators in house with appropriate preload but being that these were replacements that obviously couldn't happen lol. We're finding that you may have to remove the nut to get an acceptable amount of preload on the actuator. Please make sure that you have some preload as we're talking a dramatic difference in response!

Currently I am about 27 lbs but I haven't made any real power pulls yet. This is also on pump gas. And yes sorry Chris I forgot to mention that yes make sure if you have the upgraded wg actuator to put preload in it hahaha.

All i had to do was remove the stopper nut , No cutting threads for me .
With this method i was able to achieve just shy of half of the eyelet worth of preload.

I may have missed it, but is there even an aftermarket 02 housing on the car? Or is that still stock? I can't believe those numbers (not accusing, just impressed) with all those stock parts and nothing being ported. The lack of supporting mods is just incredible. I can't wait to see you get a nice ETS (shameless plug for a kick butt company) intercooler and pipes. Also, what BOV are you running?

ToxicFab makes really awesome parts, a friend of mine is using his manifold on an EF4, BUT your money would be best spent on a intercooler/piping first. Then porting some of those stock parts. A Rev3 intake and exhaust manifold porting would do wonders for that car.

Maybe after that I'd start looking into some drive train mods.
