Here is a graph of a dyno runs. I'm trying to figure out if my electronic boost controller is bad or is a soft wastegate spring or something else causing the fluctation? First dyno sheet is a overlap of a manual versus electronic boost controller. Second is all electronic boost controller.

As discussed, here are some pictures of the boost controller failure. In addition to hearing the struggling wastegate control, you can see on the dyno chart (E-01 Failure) that both runs logged the fight between the boost solenoid and the wastegate, resulting in a 'surging' effect.

Run #35 was @ 75% duty cycle and run #36 was @ 100% duty cycle on the E-01 with zero improvement. It should be noted that all runs with the E-01 today had similar results, and hence, when running a simple Manual Boost Controller (E-01 vs MBC), the motor operated as per normal.

What EBC are you running? What BCS are you running? Are we talking about the integral factory WG, or a remote gate? If so, which? Oh and what turbo BTW? Finally if it is the factory integral gate then what is it preloaded to? If it is a remote gate, then what spring does it have in it?
