AWESOME!!! I love threads like this because its exactly my goal... BBK Full @ 400whp on CBRD's dyno.

Is there a reason why you went with S2 instead of S1's?? On GSC site they have some comment for S2's being coupled with 35R turbo sizes.... just curious

Dammit. This thread has me thinking to go BBK Full and naturally I'd have to add S2 cams, springs and head studs. So that's probably another 3K+ to spend.

how much would the install costs be for
turbo
cams/springss
head studs

?

Definitely worth the money for the turbo and the cams. Do the complete 5041 valvetrain upgrade (beehive springs/ti retainers/chromolly seats) as it's only $150ish more than just the single springs and you get better benefits. While you're at it you'll replace the head gasket and ARP head studs!

Not really fluttering. In 5th gear sometimes on partial acceleration there's some "flutter" but you can't really avoid that with an aftermarket BOV/DV. The Synapse DV is capable of holding 60psi after all. But it's nothing that you can't adjust to. The turbo is fantastic and I wouldn't have done it any other way.
