My E85 evo, Virtual Dyno #s vs. real Dyno #s
so i had the chance to do a pull with my car yesterday hooked up to Virtual Dyno. this is about 2 weeks after the real Dyno tune was done. the temperature was almost the same on both days. so here are the results.
car: 2005 Evo MR, Stock Turbo, Stock Cams
cobb intake
Works Downpipe
RRE test pipe
HKS carbon TI catback
TurboXS FMIC
ETS LICP
PTE 1000cc injectors
walbro 255 fuel pump
crushed IX DV
peak boost of 29psi
virtualdyno in DynoJet mode, 405hp/405tq

virtualdyno in Mustang dyno mode, 353hp/353tq

and the Dyno sheet from my tuning session at FFtec on the Mustang dyno, 355hp/350tq

only a 2WHP difference on virtual mustang and the real mustang! i do have 18" volks on the car now, and had stock BBS when the car was on the real Dyno

Glad to have others post comparisons like I did back in March. My dynojet numbers were 2 whp off as well. If this program is used correctly it will read almost spot on and its been proven over and over if you follow the Virtual dyno thread. I will say I've never used the mustang dyno feature yet so I'll give that a try once I get another retune.
