7* is quite a bit at peak tq....try backing it down to ~3-4 or so and taper in the spool up area.

Timing map does us no good unless we have a log to see which area of the map you are hitting.

But that map does look a bit aggressive in the midrange.

No problem, I can post the log when I get home. Most of the load values stay between 270-310 from 4000- to redline.

As an update 2 years later. It seems that virtual dyno isn't so far off. I finally got to the dyno and made 500ps/565nm of torque.


In US measurements its around 465whp/425 ft lbs. on a 90 degree day.


Not bad for a stock block on 93 pump gas with MAF.

Ok you totally had me, we have similar mods. I'm going to order a DDB Red then
With my mods, I'm hoping to put over 400whp on 91.
