Hope this helps...
Forbidden motor sports don't tune, they send there cars to the guy we got ours tuned at. The cars going back to the shop tomorrow and going to test for boost leaks, cause it just doesn't add up.

I've had great success with remote tunes. Get in contact with the tuner in my sig, it will be the best money you'll spend on your Evo.

I would consider doing an etune from a reputable tuner if it's spikes 19 and holding 17.5 it's more than likely not leaking boost.Maybe the dyno us not set up correctly like the other guy said.Run it at a local dragstrip timeslips do not lie.If you're 106 your making more than 206 if that power is correct you will trap 100mph or less.

Bit of an update. The evo went back to the tuner today. We found one boost leak (where cooler piping meets the cooler) that was fixed up and back on the dyno it went. We still didn't putt anymore power really. Making 160kw. He said there is no hp gains when putting the boost on 22 which sounds weird to me. Anyway car runs a lot better and does feel faster

You're not making any power 'cause you're not making any torque. That looks like a Honda power band. Stock turbo Evos should make all their torque early and taper in the upper range. Its your tune. A mechanical issue wouldn't give you that flat torque curve.

Definately a tuner issue, there is plenty of evo tuners in QLD, just need to do more research, if you want more help join evolutionsquad page on facebook, just send a private message to this link and i will add you in. Post up something there and im sure all the QLD will be able to help you out with tuning etc.

This is a dyno run at our local Queensland evo owners dyno day. We got one run done before the tuner pulled it from the dyno and said it was to dangerous to keep going. He didn't want to blow it up. It was only there for a power run he had noting to do with the original tune

Hi, I think I am facing a similar issue with an 8. I am getting 127 kw at the rolling road dyno...

I have apexi filter, catback exhaust, and GFB Bov.. After the dyno reading, I went to the mechanic to check for compression and boost leaks....compression was perfect, however they found that the BOV was jammed and it had a split hose (between BOV and intake) due to touching with the fan.....

Do you have an AFR printout with your dyno reading?

Have you checked the spark plugs and BOV to see if they may cause a problem?

Stock ADM Evo 9 makes around 150-160kw atw. Dynos are not that accurate at the end of the day and are more of a tuning tool than anything. I would take it to another place for tuning to get a second opinion.

Any help or recommendations as to why it would only make this sort of power. The tuner said his dyno dynamics dyno always reads low
