9 Turbo will choke out on that set up.

Did a 2.2 With a 9 Turbo and after 6500 it just wasnt making power.

390whp and 440wtq! Is your o2 housing still stock? I'd consider changing it.

I had the same combo, except with S3s, a ported head and a bigger IM.

Made 400/400 DJ in the heat on 93. That sucker freaking ripped though. Do yourself a favor: buy a Red, and send your IM and EM to Curt Brown. On the street it felt like 0 loss of spool over the IX turbo on a 2.4, and made the same power on 15psi as the IX turbo did on 28.

Edit: I found an old VD. If my memory serves me correctly, this was like 23# on a 90* and humid day.

The plan was to go double pumper, 6266 bb, t3 twin scroll kit, FIC 2100 cc's, but I just don't have the money to go full blown, and I can't afford to break anything so I figured a 2.4 would be a fun street car.

I honestly haven't really even looked into a ton of turbo options once I decided to stay smaller, but I can't see staying stock all too long.

Def going to have to take a peek into the red ....

Apprichate the feed back !

Numbers look good for it so far. Tom recommends it a lot it seems. Its cast Iron so it isnt going to break. I would run one ported and prob will eventually.
