The video announcer DOES call it an 8sec run, I was able to make that out. Not exactly scientific but yeah.

The video that is interesting is the one of this car making its second pass that day.

John Bradley, such a hater. The run after was with the engine that Buschur gave them to test to see if it could handle extreme horsepower and revs

So the only existing 8 second pass on this car was on a Buschur Racing engine? Or did they change engines between rounds? And I doubt Buschur would "give" a motor to someone who wants to prove how inferior the engine is since even a bomb proof engine can be intentionally destroyed fairly quickly. The inconsistencies and outright lies are pretty amazing feats coming from this shop. Why don't they ship it to the USA and run at a track that is prepped and blow away all the records if they are able too. Hell Shep's 7.70 was on a box stock GT42R. I am sure a gt55 can do better!

Being a realist is independent of being a hater

I doubt it has anyone's parts other than Spyros magic stuff. He later changed what he blamed the failure on to a Sparktech ignition that Craig hadnt sold him. The story seems to bounce around as far as whats in the car. I mean the magic parts took Rau's 6.86 car and dropped it a very reliable 7.50

I guess I might be a hater after being told that we can't (or never) trapped 170 in a 3400lb Evo let alone ran a 202 in the 1/2. 4050 lb GTRs cant run 180+ in the 1/4 and 220+ in the 1/2 either....apparently.

Yes, I guess they changed engines between rounds. First run was Xtreme Tuners mega engine, next round was Buschur's turd that blew up immediately. It could happen.

At another time I heard it was the transfer that blew up because it couldn't manage all that power.

the blow up was from a previous event ! after that pass they split transfer and axles , they replaced transfer with stock one and run 3 times 9.0.. with lower boost!

Since all this was posted, ETS's full weight 2000hp R35 GTR has done a 7.49 @ 189mph and RIPS's 1900hp drag R32 GTR has done 7.32 @ 192mph with more to come... where's the Xtreme Tuner record?

The point is they back up their claims. They don't post sped up videos of them doing pulls on the street or claiming re-badged products as their own.

Extreme Tuners image is ruined in this community, so I'm not sure there's even a point in trying to defend them.

I'm not sure why this thread is even still alive. But I can't deny that I like to read / see the bill**** from time to time.

this is pure comedy.
Why i this even a debate? Are people so ready for something magical that they believe the unbelievable? This has been proven by some very smart individuals on here. EXT has been proven to steal pics of other companies products and give half truths and stretch whats left.

If this was an american company they'd be out of business.
