just finished up my car a few months ago. 04 ssl package

made 460/388 on pump gas
591/490 on q16 maxing out the turbo

mods are
wiseco 9:1 wiseco
eagle rods
gsc stg 2
supertech valvetrain
aem cam gears
map rev2 manifold 70mm flange
70mm full blown tb
spoolin cop
ets 3582 bottom mount
tial 44mm
2.5" o2 down pipe section to clear ac comp
3" right after to buschur 3" exhaust
2.5" ets intercooler piping
ebay 4" core intercooler
3" outlets
shep stage 2 t case with quife lsd
stock evo 8 trans
unkown single disk clutch by previous owner

now my clutch finally is on the way out. wont disengage, cant put it in gear anymore after beating a gtr from a launch. I guess you win some and lose a bit more lol.

now that my car is on stands im searching for the right clutch.
im thinking the comp twin disk.

also thinking about the 4.11 fd for my setup should be good?

also I want more power so im trying to figure out what turbo to upgrade to.
s366 if its capapble of at least 750 or if I find a t3 6466 to just swap out.

I really want to sell my kit and do a sheepey top mount kit.

my cams worth upgrade to s3s?

my intake manifold upgrade to rev 3 or magnus with a 74mm tb?

intecooler piping to 3" ?

better intercooler?

all these are for sale aswell if anyone might have interest or know anyone. I cant post in fs thread yet.

any input appreciated guys.

Maybe its just me but that seems low for how much psi you're stuffing in there with that turbo.

It is. It's dropping torque hard up top as well. Looks like he's losing almost 100ftlbs even on pumpgas, which it should not do on low boost levels. He has a restriction somewhere that he's not willing to admit

Nice Work! That O2 housing is killing you up top. Other than that it looks good but explains the high boost required.

Do you dump to atmosphere?

Here are my tips:
-Exedy Triple Disk
-Keep the stock final drive
-I think the S2s are fine for what you are trying to achieve.
-Your intake manifold and TB setup are fine.
-2.5" IC piping is fine.
-ETS Intercooler
-3" downpipe, if that's an ETS manifold then I am sure that a 3" downpipe will clear with AC.

What I've had done in past is mill down the turbine housing flange, weld on a 3" vband, and make a downpipe from there. Fits fine works fine.
