FP 71 HTA chra HP thoughts?

hey all! new to the forum, lookin for any insight on power expectations from the FP 71hta CHRA upgrade. very little info that i can find and dont have enough experience to know what to expect. goin to take the car to english racing for the dyno tune soon and would like to hear some thoughts from more experienced folks on my build. the car is an 03 evo: stock block, stock ECU, DW 255 fuel pump, fic 1250cc injectors, 71hta CHRA turbo upgrade, muse up/low icp kit, muse o2 dump, full turbo back exhaust, DNP manifold, greddy bov, AEM tru boost controller. if anyone has any insight for me or any estimates on power it will make it would be greatly appreciated!! thanks guys also open to more mod suggestions, trying to keep to a budget.. aiming to get close to 500hp by the end. PUMP GAS btw....

You're going to need cams & a FP Red to get to 500 ponies on pump gas
GL get to know the forum, you'll learn a lot....

You can safely expect to see around 400whp with probably 360-380tq to keep your stock motor happy. Anything over that, I would be impressed and you would be pushing the envelope. Safe tune, those would be great numbers.

This an amazing turbo/upgrade. It's even more amazing when you consider its only $600 and it bolts right in. I made 450whp and 400wtq @ 31psi with it on my IX, and this was on the stock block, head, and cams with simple bolt-on's. With some S2's I'm sure I could hit 475whp.

pretty good news! I wasnt expecting 500 on these parts alone, just including my goal for later down the road, i really wish e85 was more common around my area. ill just have to add cams to the mix to try and make up for it.. ive seen alot of great builds with this turbo so im very excited for the install is there any way of being able to switch between e85 and pump gas without a retune? or would i be stuck with one or the other? i could occasionally travel the 50 miles to get some e85 on race weekends and what not but i would be stuck with pump the rest of the time..

If you haven't already done it.....do yourself a favor and get a flow advancement port cover. These bad boys spool fast and tend to surge when pushed on the stock cover.

I ran into this issue unfortunately. We just made boost come on a little slower. Maybe someday down the road I'll make the switch to the anti surge cover. I also wish I could make the FP 84mm intake work with the Perrin intake bracket I have currently
