What does the boost taper off to?

I would have expected a bit more out of that combo with the water/meth and 2.4

I am having sort of the same issue right now. i also have a turbo lab "35r" however mine is made from a evo 8 core not a 9. i am currently sitting at about 480whp but my tuner mentioned that the turbo is running out of breath. after a lot of research and contacting turbo lab they actually told me if the turbo is based of the evo 8 core, they found the compressor cover to be a restriction and could not make over 500whp with any of them. they offered to upgrade it to a evo 9 chra and anti sure cover for a good price which is what i may be doing if i dont go with a t3 setup. find out if your's is a evo 8 core or a 9 then go from there.

Seems low. On my stock evo 8 turbo and 9.8 hotside i made around 470ish tq and 410ish hp. Same block setup. Granted I would hit 34psi and bleed to 23. Not recommended.

Actually did not see any taper. Held 30-31 psi for the entire run.
This is the Turbo

Says white on the cover but it was modified to fit a 60 x 83 compressor wheel with a tdo6h4r turbine

Something just aint right with that turbo if you're only making that power at a flat 30psi.

Hard to tell without seeing the maps. I made 396/355 on a MD with the same correction factor as you with a 71hta, stock bottom end and similar bolt-ons at 26psi peak and 25psi up top. So on a DJ that would be 435/390.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...1hta-evo8.html

Another person made 400/354 with 1-2psi less than me on the same turbo.

I would assume something that is considered a 35r to be 500+ on 93 with a 2.4 at 30psi with water/meth.

Yeah look at my graph, stock 2 liter, pump 93. 24psi spike 23 out the top. Something is not quite right with yours IMO

I have used that turbo and made 490 whp on 91 octane on a 2.0

Weird you are having issues with your set up or crappy tune

Check for boost leak or poor wga
