Evo IX FiTronic TSComp Built 2.0L FP Zero GSC S3 Cams E85

Right now there is no blending set on this car, But I will update with a final result once we enable that and extract a little more power yet from the car. At the power level its at now it should trap around 145. I trapped 148 with 780 only in my personal car.

We built the entire long block, And kept the head porting as is, since I seen absolutely no need to touch that.

Mods are:

TSComp Spec 2.0L 10.5:1
CBRE Ported Head
CBRE stock ported throttle body
CBRE ported intake manifold /w egr delete
CBRE ported FP cast exhaust manifold
GSC S3 cams
2150cc injectors
buschur double pumper
6an feed line stock return
grimmspeed 3 port + Hallman Pro (Hybrid)
FP Zero Single Scroll
TSComp 4" SD intake /w filter
ETS 4" FMIC
Tial Q BOV
TRE stage 3 trans with 4.11 gear
shep stage 2 transfer case
Exedy Triple
FiTronic Flex fuel /w 2 stage boost control

Current results are as follows below. Id like to get this car around 770-780 range, But the summer heat certainly makes that hard to accomplish on this setup. For now, Here's what it makes with these boost levels safely.

Lots more cool cars to share here soon!

Thanks Mo. I don't tune that late anymore for obvious health reasons . I ventured into the dyno section and remembered I wanted to share this car before we extract more power from it.

I'm curious to how the turbo acted on initial start up? Mines brand new straight from FP and was smoking like a freight train at idle, only seen a few minutes and shut off. Turbo has been shipped off for inspection. Our setups are literally identical, awesome job tom

It has alot to do with the catch can setup. I did sooo many things to mine until I finally got it to stop smoking.
Its a great turbo, but very sensitive to crank case pressure.

then explain how I went back to my fp black and I have no issues. My catch can has 4 ports and positive flow from the head to the intake.

Was it a BB or jb?
You need a vacuum source at idle, and when it goes into boost you need a transition to a vacuum source from the intake.,

.Needs a constant vacuum source
