We have been working with Anindo for quite awhile now. We rebuilt his cylinder head, and full long block. Anindo is using one of our 2.3L engines with the Manley Forged race crank. This crank will work great for under 580wtq level. Anything higher we recommend the Billet version on our 2.3's.
Anindo attempted to tune the vehicle with me after he received his long block back from us fully assembled remotely, However we kept running into fueling issues, and in general Anindo was having trouble getting his car right.
Anindo needed some more work done, So we scheduled to bring the car to the shop. We went over the car in great detail. We repaired something he broke on the control arm / steering stabilizer link, And replaced his broken accessory belt tensioner.
Along the way we fixed the fueling issue entirely by building him a TSComp double pumper while the vehicle was at the shop.
We removed a restrictive exhaust piece in place for a testpipe, performed a thorough boost leak which found quite a nasty large vacuum/boost leak.
Throttle body shaft seals were completely shot, Not allowing the vehicle to hold past 15psi. Boost leaks test are one of the most important key aspects to having an Evo that performs the way it is intended to. If we did not perform leak tests or visual inspections on half the cars we get at the shop our numbers would be down 100's of WHP vs what they are.
Temp outside during tuning was somewhere around 68F. Humidity was 95%
Fuel was 93octane
Mods are:
TSComp Spec Built 2.3L 9.1 compression (93oct motor /w Forged manley crank)
TSComp Spec Cyl head (No port work)

Thanks Tom, overall i'm extremely happy the way the car drives. Driving it home today I had a huge smile the whole time lol. Its a night and day difference after the boost leak test and locking the tune in. At this power level i feel its perfect for a street setup. I'm interested in the fitronics in the future though. I can't say enough how happy i been with this motor build. Its so quiet for a built motor. No catch cans. Most people get so surprised when they find out its a built 2.3L. This speed density tune is amazing. It drives effortlessly and the powerband is amazing. Tom and the crew at TSComp really put their heart into everything they work on!
Sounds like you have a fun car there! Tom recently did my 2.3 build also and the car is very smooth for a 2.3, been trying to get a hold of him lately via email and text to adjust my tune as I'm experiencing some random knock up top on some pulls, but haven't heard back yet. I know he is very busy , maybe he will see my post and respond back. Anyways Anin23 enjoy your new setup!

looks nice. i have almost the exact setup except with hks 272. i made 504whp and 455wtq on a dynojet also at 22-24psi with a mbc.
edit: forgot i have +1mm oversized valves and also a air intake
I'm on stock size valves and unported head. I would like to eventually upgrade to a twin disc and upgrade the transmission to 4.11 FD. I can't source ethanol locally so the Fitronics tune from Tom would work out great for me.
mod list should be:
Jmfab vband manifold
Jmfab vband circulated downpipe
Bushcur street core intercooler
Buschur Intercooler piping
Tial 44mm WG
Tial Bov
HKS sports exhaust
Sheps stage 2 Tcase
ACT stage 2 clutch
