Rough Idle Occasionally Stalling

I have a pro tune from the previous owner and all has been well until recently.

When I have the A/C on and take the car out of gear the RPMs drop to around 200-400 RPMs. This doesn't always happen and some days it works just fine.

On random occasions this happens even with the A/C off. I also have had the car stall a few times when taking it out of gear.

I initially thought maybe a vacuum hose came lose but then I feel it should be more consistent??

I'm posting my log in hopes that something stands out.

I have an Innovate XD-16 w/ LC-1 but I am not sure if it is tied to the ECU. It doesn't seem to be reporting here. Any ideas how to check this?

better tune. Doesn't look like with the mods you have that you should be having this issue.
