Thinking about running 1200cc pte injectors

I have an evo 8 with evo 9 turbo, 255 wallie fuel pump running 14lbs of boost with stock injectors.

looking to push some more boost thru her. Looking at about 25lbs. Anyone have any experience running 1200cc injectors with a settup sort of if not exactly like that?

i have plans to tune it as soon as i get the injectors in. Wanting to run pump gas e91 maybe also get a map running e85 on it if i ever decide to run e85. Stock ecu.

CBRD 3B, PTE 1200s and single Walbro did about 450 whp in DynoJet numbers (415 on Dyno Dynamics) on e85 at 28-26 PSI

About to push them further with a Walbro 450 + 2.4, but I doubt they have much left in them, I think 500whp is their limit, maybe 550

I've seen tuners cringe when I said I'm running these, but they still scaled them fine. I recently had them cleaned and they were doing well after 30k miles on E85. They're not bad if the price is right, but most tuners seem to prefer if you drop a grand on high impedance IDs

those are some nice numbers. Know what youre making on pump gas or do you just use e85?

awesome. Didnt know if running 1200 would be overboard or not. I have a buddy running 10's with 770 on an evo 8. But those injectors are probably being pushed to the limit.

Stock injectors will handle the stock turbo on pump gas.

I would get a better injector than PTE, Fuel Injector Clinic or Injector Dynamics are your best options.

id and fic high z will be better for daily driving and comfort

but in terms of power pte 1200 are fine

id prob do 1000 though...i ran 1200 on my evo 4 and pushed 620 whp at 90% duty cycle on a single pumper on c16

I would never do low z over 1200 though
