I'm going to pull that back off, snip the ears off the lower cover so they don't cover the holes, then the upper cover will have bolts through it.

Due to time constraints, the car got sort of "slapped" together without getting anything powdercoated, so no pictures...lol. Also, Joe forgot to grab a print out of his dyno sheet at the dyno day.

However, the car made 798whp and 665wtq at 35psi. We ran out of fuel up top with AFR's going to 13.0 above 6500ish. The car has dual Bosch 044 pumps, and ID2000 injectors. Judging by how fuel pressure was acting, we're pretty sure the regulator went bad. So that will get replaced and I'll see what AFR's do.

The ETS twin scroll turbo kit is amazing. The car almost drives like my car (FP red MHI housing, stock motor) in regards to responsiveness. No more lag between shifts, and it spools about 800rpm earlier than the old "insane" kit. 35psi came in around 4800-4900. Driving the car, it feels like it gets the hit around 4500. Very fun to drive. Will be fixing the fuel issue, and buttoning up everything else for when ER comes back down sometime in November.

Yes, E85. It is an absolute beast. If we hadn't run out of fuel, Aaron said he was going to leave torque alone, since that's pretty much the highest torque he has made on a 100mm crank, and just give it more boost up top to get more power out of it. It definitely has a lot left in it. 22psi of spring in the gates, only at 40% WGDC.

I can imagine this car literally jumping during the shifts.
I really like how 6466 performs. Every 700-900whp build we see 6466.

Which fpr are you going to use now?

The FPR on the car is an old XS Power chinese made turd. Probably just going to use a fuel lab reg to match the fuel lab filter I put on it.

We changed the FPR which fixed the fuel pressure issue for a single 3rd gear pull. If you tried to do a 2-3-4 pull it would lean out. So, we figured it was draining the surge tank. Replaced the lift pumps (twin walbro 255's on a full blown double pump hanger) and that issue was fixed. Aaron had to pull like 25% fuel out of the tune. Pretty impressive how much fuel we gained lol. Due to me moving (finally closed on our new build October 23rd) and some other projects, the car has been sitting and ER hasn't made it back down here yet. I would really like to get it ready for a flex fuel tune when they get back. We shall see if I have time. I think I can fit it in though. We're shooting for another dyno day on 12/2.

Based on boost, timing, and good AFR's, Aaron guessed she's sitting at 830whp, with same 665wtq it made on the dyno, since AFR's were fine down low on the dyno. Car has 255/40r17 Bridgestone RE71r's and spins 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. 4th gear feels like warp speed haha..

So i can assume , if you were running 80% dutycycle on a certain boost you brought it down to 70% approx.

I'm not sure, we weren't logging it since we were just adjusting fueling to pull fuel. It was so rich it fouled a new set of plugs in 2 pulls, AFR gauge didn't come off of 10.0 flat until we had pulled 15% fuel and it got into the mid 10's LOL. I basically watched the AFR gauge while Joe drove since we knew it boost and timing was fine. Told Arron where AFR's were at. We got it to a clean 11.5-11.8 and called it good until we can do the flex set up.

We went fast at the first Midnight Mayhem of the year, this is me driving. The TRE trans shifts quite well even with all the power. Rolled out an easy 60' to keep the stock open front diff together. This is with 255/40r17 RE71r's on the car, so a full a launch would probably be a bad idea anyways. 26" slicks would put this car in the 9's.

This car finally hit the dyno yesterday. All new fuel system with twin AEM 400LPH 044 style pumps, 8an feed and return lines. Same full bling ER 2.4 (9:1 comp, GSC R2's, ER Race Head and pistons), ETS T4 twin scroll 6466 kit, TRE trans, etc. Stock ECU flex fuel tuned by Aaron/English Racing.

857whp/679wtq at 39psi on E85
539whp/432wtq at 21psi on 91 octane

Yes the dyno sheet is correct, this motor was taken to 8500 for all dyno pulls. Final rev limit was set to 8300.

On E85, 400wtq comes at 4600rpm, does not feel very laggy.

We will be at shift sector in Coalinga, CA with it next weekends (4/27-28).
