Evo IX Stock Block FP Zero SS Cosworth M3 E85 29psi

We retuned Joe's Evo IX, But before that we fixed and installed a bunch of parts
and problems the vehicle had listed below. Originally the vehicle came in for 93 only, but
due to the poor quality of 93 in the car, we decided to do E85 as well.

Once the owner gets better 93 quality we will redo that remotely free of charge.
The 93 in the car was only able to run around 22-23psi.

The following was done:

1. Installed FIC 2150cc injectors /w resistor bypass mod and mini wire tuck
2. Installed muse upper pipe /w TSComp 4" SD intake, muse mini battery kit
3. Installed grimmspeed 3 port /w full re-route of vac line hose
4. Padded all potential false knock issues (upper/lower ic piping / hood/rad clearance)
5. Drained 2 quarts of oil from oil pan due to customer had it excessively overfilled
6. Installed new wideband o2 sensor & custom re-route of sensor
7. Repaired leaking throttle body shaft seals (originals from 79K miles ago)
8. Full EGR delete block off /w vac line clean up
9. Cut customers dump tube shorter for clearance (was digging into the radiator end tank)
10. multiple boost leak tests to verify vehicle was fully leak free
11. SD conversion

Mods consist of:

Stock block /w 79K miles roughly
FP Zero SS housing /w Tial external 18psi spring pressure
ETS 3.5" FMIC
muse upper pipe /w Tial Q bov
Cosworth M3 cams
Fujita licp
Walbro 450 single pump
FIC 2150cc injectors
3" Ti TurboXS exhaust
Tephra v7 speed density /w ecuboost

E85 graph (I left the car with the red line to be extra safe):

Was the goal to see how late it would spool?

Sorry, this is a little off topic but I wonder why we don't see many cars with an FP Zephyr? Plenty of cars have a Red, Black, or Zero but I'm really curious to see where the Zephyr lands among them in terms of the boost threshold and why it's not more popular.

Zephyr is actually in between a red and a black as far as the compressor, but the turbine is larger than the red and black as it uses the same turbine as the Zero.

Look at the graph closer and tell me if you can see why its not starting at the RPM you think it is and its trimmed off. Pulls were started at 2000RPM in 3rd on the Evo IX 5 speed.

I think it goes (relevant turbos only):

71hta
white
green
red
black
zephyr
zero

as far as lb/min goes.

My personal preference for a street car is the Black. Especially on a 2.0L

I understand that this is a black ss housing on a stock block. Tappering up the boost is common. My point is, why even run this turbo at such low boost, seems useless and no fun.

Zephyr is a 79htz compressor, 65lb/min, with a 67.7x62.2mm turbine.
Black is an 82htz compressor, 71lb/min, with a 67.3x58.8mm turbine.

I thought the white was smaller than the 71hta. If I'm not mistaken the white was the 68hta

Goes to show how long it's been since I've looked at the specs on their website for the 8/9 turbos

Why is it called 71hta if it has a 68 wheel?

I have an evo 9 with a Zephyr.
Will be tuned soon by Tom once I finish tuning my personal car.

Tom would it be worth getting rid of my FP Black Twin Scroll for a SS Housing FP black?
