Are you going to change the fuel pump system?
I see you're dropping pressure at the high rpm and high injector duty cycle range.
Emtron VE calc is awesome though! All those compensations.

Amazing results man, congrats! Do you think that in 3rd gear the power output would be the same or even higher? The reason that I am asking is because when I dynoed mine, at 3rd gear I was 50hp higher than 4th gear and my tuner dynoed the car on 4th gear

Lower gears shouldn't be producing 50hp more than higher gears. A 3rd gear pull would progress through the RPMs faster, leaving less time for the turbo to build boost.

If you're dynoing 50hp higher in 3rd gear than 4th gear, I would assume dyno operator error or perhaps a strange boost control issue. Either way, if your tuner wasn't concerned with that outcome then I'd be concerned with your tuner.

That's dyno operator error. On high HP card, higher gears make a bit more power/torque due to the way dyno's calculate things because it gets the length of the pull back in the correct range.

When ever I dynoed my car in 3rd and 4th , 4th would produce a little higher numbers.

its very minimal, with 5 or 10 micron filters i dont see 0 zero correction usually little correction.
i am running dual walbro 485 or 525 if i remember them and i stage them on boost.

no it wouldnt have higher number in 3rd..usually they match if boost is same...check your dyno.
