Now the Evo will be dedicated to time attack and HPDE events. She's a blast to drive, I forgotten how fun and exciting since I had crack piston and major transimission failure. I know there is more left in the turbo or maybe im wrong but, what do I need to do to extract the leftover?

What WG spring are you on ? IIRC I had a 20-22psi spring and I could make 40psi and taper to 32psi. You should be able to make over 600whp+ on E85 all in with that SS housing.
Regardless you should probably keep it under 25-28psi on the road course due to excessive EGT's. The one lap of America guys years back glory ran the Fp green Mhi and the engine went the distance for awhile. I just don't think that's necessary.
If the tuner knows you are going to the road course he may have left it soft so it lives. Most of us would do the same thing.
Can they rescale the graph ?
Was it on winpep 7 or 8. 8 Reads slightly lower then 7.
I presume the link was on when they dynoed it?
My car on an fp red mhi around 30 psi makes 585whp on win pep 8.
Also, just a thought but if you are going to make less then 700whp two pumps may be overkill and heat the fuel up. A 450/274 pump on E85 will make over 650whp on stock lines with a large injector.

The wastegate pressure I don't remember but after looking at my left over spring I believe 21 PSI since I'm missing the black, blue and plain spring but I will definitely find out next time I get retune.
"If the tuner knows you are going to the road course he may have left it soft so it lives. Most of us would do the same thing." Yeah he knew about the time attack and road course and I do have a heavy foot plus love going long distance. Well thanx for the reminder, sometime we get lost in the numbers and reliability is an important factor.
The dyno charts came from his dyno can't change it. What is the difference winpep 7 or 8. 8?
Concerning the fuel, we had some issues the 525 Walbro would fall on it face after 5K to under 30 psi with the stock line. I fix that by created my own fuel line; supply is -6 and return -8 and a longer run to the tank. I do monitor my fuel temp and will pay attention during the session. I just happen to have those fuel pumps while I was building the system.
You guys influence me with that Evo 9 SS FP Red that your built making 650 hp now making more!!! Thank you for posting every information possible, it help me built my setup. I'm not chasing numbers and I believe for me this is perfect. Maybe I'll go higher once I get my new vehicle at that point will see. I looking at the zona turbo which seem very interesting lol. Thanx again Abacus!

Thanks for the kind words. I just wanted to create a recipe anyone could follow on these cars. 500-600whp on this platform is alot of fun.
