A crack piston force me to have my engine rebuild. Apparently i might of purchase an imitation 450 Walbro pump as the pump was very inconsistent with anything above 30 PSI. But the car is a blast to drive. I have some minor issues to address and will have a another re-tune.
Get that pump fixed ASAP man. Don't want it causing issues even at lower boost. I would suggest a walbro 525 replacement. The 450 runs out of fuel at a touch below 600 with 1650cc injectors. The 525 gives them a bit more head room.
You should have already upgraded the wiring with a hobbs switch activated relay to maintain the hi/lo voltage operation. That may be your current issue if it isn't done.

I couldn't remember but i did upgrade the wire since I bought the STM rewire. The only difference is that the package doesn't come with the hobbs switch but it will be easy to add since its coming from 85 and going to ground. So I guess with my current set up only operate at high voltage.
Ah. If you hardwired it, you don't have a voltage issue then. But you still need to convert it to the hobbs switch setup, running the 450 pump at full voltage full time seems to melt those relays and wiring.

You don't need data. You need to wire it up with a hi/lo circuit. There's no reason to run the pump full tilt all the time. Its extra load on the electrical system, and as Jaraxle said it heats the fuel and reduces pump life.
