Hey guys, just wondering what supporting mods will be needed to run the FP Red efficiently?

My X is a DD and right now, I have the UR TBE (o2 housing downpipe) and the WORKs Flash and High flow air-filter.

What else do I need to run the FP Red on pump gas? I know I'm going to need to change out my clutch, add an MBC, and change out my intercooler and the piping.

What else do you guys think I'll need for the X? Thank You!

 

injectors, fuel pump and race gas!!!!

 

injectors prob 780's will do good, walbro pump, cams and alot of boost....my car didnt do **** w/o cams and alot of boost....the red really only wakes up @ 26 + psi

 

Just basic bolt ons and fuel upgrades. I run 780cc injectors and a Walboro 255 along with all the AMS bolt-on's with my FP Red:

I would think that your boltons + some good cams + ported head would do the trick with red on pump gas...

 

Cams and ported head are coming soon...

I haven't dyno'd on 93.

 

I'll be running on 92 octane while I'm here in Hawaii, once I get back to CA then I'll be running 91.

What do you recommend the PSI should be at w/the MBC?

 

I would say, Turboback exhaust including the O2 housing, FMIC and piping upgrade, injectors and a reflash. Cams will help a great deal as well but a bit tougher to install.
